2nd Annual
Clover-Chambers
Watershed Festival
In partnership with the Clover-Chambers Watershed Council, we are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Clover-Chambers Watershed Festival!
October 10th, 2026
11am to 4pm
Flett Creek Preserve and Natural Labratory at Clover Park Technical College
Our purpose is to create a culture of environmental stewardship within the watershed, educate, and engage the public on water and ecosystem restoration and conservation and the unique challenges facing the watershed through a fun and engaging event inspired by the Nisqually Watershed Festival.
The Clover-Chambers-Sequalitchew watershed covers 149 square miles extending from the town of Ruston on Commencement Bay south to DuPont, and east to Frederickson. Major lakes include American, Spanaway, Steilacoom, Gravelly, and Tule. Major streams are Chambers, Clover, Spanaway, Sequalitchew, Morey, Murray, Flett, Leach, Puget and Peach.
The sad truth about our watershed is that most people that live in it don’t even know that it’s there. As the the first watershed to be colonized by European settlers, our watershed has lost a majority of its salmon runs and even its water due to unrestricted development. We aim to reverse this trend.
Location and Event Schedule
The location for the 2026 festival will be the Flett Creek Preserve and Natural Labratory at Clover Park Technical College.
Exhibitors
We hope to bring together many communities and organizations across our watershed working towards education, conservation, and restoration! We invite interested parties to sign up to table below.
